Hospital Procurement Services Group (HPSG) and all of our member hospitals are committed to treating your personal information securely and with respect.

When you visit our website we use ‘cookies’ or other user tracking technologies to present you with the information you have requested. Whilst we may use your movements on the site for statistical purposes do not to tie your personal identity to these statistics.

Our feedback form does not store your personal details, except for the short period required to transmit the contents of the form to the site management team.

The only areas where we store personal details through this site are those supplied through our online application form.

This extended storage of your personal details allows you to retrieve your details if you complete a subsequent application or allows our staff to retrieve your application for a hospital in the unlikely event that the transmission of your application gets lost.

When completing an application, your details will be transmitted to the identified position or individual for processing as part of that vacancy only.

Neither HPSG or any the Hospitals involved will use the information you supply without your express permission. The only exceptions to this are in processing your application for a vacancy you apply to or for statistical purposes.

The HPSG (and our member hospitals) will take appropriate actions to ensure your personal details are maintained in a secure manner and in line with current legislation. Your details will never be distributed to a third party except where a third party is used to manage a hospital’s recruitment processes.
